In what situations is a Health Check relevant?
A Health Check works by asking you a line of question about agility within four different fields: Behavior, project environment, processes and techniques. If you answer the question “yes”, you will have met an intermediate aim of being agile and behave accordingly.
When every question is answered, you will receive a statement on the current level of your business / your project / your team.
The questions are designed to increase awareness of your current position towards being agile in your work. The result of the exercise is not what is important. If you need help moving on from here, we would recommend looking at the subsequent purchases, in which you can purchase agile coaching lessons.
