Description of Leading SAFe®
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a framework for both product and IT development which was created by Scaled Agile, Inc. SAFe defines multiple structures and processes that form a scalable approach to lean-agile processes.
SAFe is a way to scale agile development in organisations where 50 – 1,000 developers have to work on the same system. SAFe utilises XP, Lean, and Agile principles across teams by creating familiar frameworks, visibility, a general overview and synchronisation. SAFe uses best practice, from senior management to the separate teams and from idea to production.
Methods of teaching
The course is based on independent studies via video-based e-learning. You can stream your lessons whenever it suits you and in whichever pace works for you. The combination of quizzes, videos and supplementary material will provide support, both after and during the course.
