Description of Change Management Foundation
Our Change Management Foundation course will provide you with relevant theoretical knowledge and practical tools that are very beneficial to you, irrespective of you being a project manager, a Business Change Manager in a programme management group, or as a manager. This course on change management is tailored to managers as well as others with a responsibility to complete and implement change processes.
Change Management is a structured approach to make the organization and employees accept changes in their current situation. The process of change the organization is about to go through is the change from the current situation to any desired situation when moving forward.
After all, it is about adapting the organization to new technologies, new legislation, and other things changing outside the frames of the company.
Aims of the course

This section sets out to assess why effective change management is important. It describes ‘the knowledge required to offer clear, concise and well-evidenced information about the role of effective change management in enabling successful change in organizations’.

Identifying the drivers of change, the factors driving the need to change, includes the use of this information to maintain strategic focus and energy throughout the change process. It provides the answer to the fundamental question “Why change” and ‘Why now’ .

Description of principles, processes and techniques for effective control of benefits and realization in an initiative of change.

You will learn how to analyze and engage stakeholders. Analyzing a stakeholder is important for identifying the key stakeholders, and towards assembling and maintaining a good engagement strategy, particularly when working with a change team.

This topic is about identifying and analyzing the impact of change, which is one of the keys to effective change management planning. When assessing the impacts, it is important to bear in mind that there is often an organizational ‘Pollyanna’ effect. Viewing change management as an important risk management strategy is useful.
